My mom is currently at Mt. Carmel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, and our experience with them has been very, very good. The care has been outstanding, and the staff is very caring. They keep me up to date, and I've been able to visit her twice. They've been very cautious of taking visitors in because of COVID, so that when you go to visit, you have to schedule, arrive early, and get your tests. Then they take your temperature and wear PPE. I was supposed to visit today, but they just had a positive employee, so everything's been shut down again. This morning, when I talked to the nurse manager, they were just starting to open the activities up a little bit, so they're not been very active, and they are pretty much quarantined from each other for now.

Mt. Carmel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center's overall appearance was beautiful. It was a very nice place. The staff is very kind and helpful. They look like they take care of their patients very well because they're attentive. The place is very clean and neat, and the rooms are a good size with 2 beds.

My friend is in Mount Carmel. It is clean. It is well kept up. The staff is friendly. It seems to be a nice place, and the care she is getting seems to be fairly good by her standards as well as mine. She goes to movies and bingo game. I will recommend them highly.

We were impressed with Mt. Carmel; we liked it. Everything was clean, and they had good-sized rooms. The staff was very nice. I have another relative that is in there, and we are impressed with her care.

My aunt lived at Mount Carmel for three years until her death earlier this year, I can honestly say that it is by far the best nursing home I have ever visited. My aunt was a finicky woman who, towards the end of her life, was plagued with dementia that left her unable to remember anything and left her very frustrated and sometimes angry. Despite these issues all of the staff at Mount Carmel were always so compassionate, they never had a harsh word and always tried hard to keep a smile on my aunts face. There were always so many activities offered to the residents of Mount Carmel, they offered things like Bingo, trips to the mall, and offered the residents chances to get their hair and nails done. These little things really made Mount Carmel seem so much homier and made my aunt feel more like she was at home rather than living in a facility.
