Rachel at Brightstar is amazing! We are a large school district and are in need of coverage for our school nurses when they are out. She answers our calls and most of all returns our calls. The nursing staff that she has sent us are outstanding and super nice to our students as well as competent and skilled nurses. As head nurse of our school district I would highly recommend this agency. Definitely a 5 star status!!!! :)

My nurse is knowledgeable of transfusions and her coming to the house is such a convenience. She is friendly and knows how and where to insert needle (I have been poked many, many times - I have small veins).

The fact that I was instructed on how to do an infusion at home was critical for me to get those instructions straight and learn them. They were very good at explaining the necessary steps to do an infusion. They are informative, prompt on getting to your home, and professional.

I'd be in trouble without the infusions. The nurses are fantastic. I have been getting infusions for 20 years and they are the best company I have been with.

I get in infusions every six weeks, so it doesn't really affect my daily life. I think the company could update their systems and be a little more organized.

I think the IV helps but not as long as it used to. It improves quite a bit. This is my second get around with quest labs. Twice now I get a call from my doctor saying I had to go to the hospital right away, but it was a falsely elevated lab. They are off with their values. I think I get good quality care and my nurse just tries her best to fit my schedule.
