Bickford of Omaha - Blondo was roughly comparable to the other place I visited. The rooms were smaller. They had a central courtyard, but the access to the courtyard was not as easily accessible as the other place. The food there might have been a little bit more varied, and they had their menus posted, which I liked. Their common area was a little restricted, but they only have 42 occupants, so it's a smaller facility. I didn't feel it was quite as welcoming as the others I visited.

Bickford of Omaha Blondo was wonderful. They had a place where they could all get together and visit. The eating area was very nice and the whole place was very nice. It felt like going to my grandmother. The lady was so sweet and so caring, and she gave my mother-in-law a present because my mother-in-law was kind of heartbroken that she wouldn't be able to go there. The food smelled yummy. She likes the idea of being able to pick what she wanted to eat in their dining area. Everything was clean and smelled clean. I did not smell any urine or anything bad. If I had the money, I would go there. I know my mother-in-law would've enjoyed there. The people and the residents were nice. They showed us their activity schedule, so she would never get bored.

We got a positive impression from Bickford. It seemed home-like and friendly. The residents seemed comfortable. The rooms seemed clean and fine.

The rooms were good at Bickford of Omaha, but we were definitely not impressed. My mom went there, and she did not like it. The people were too disabled. It looked more of a nursing home than an assisted living. It was definitely not what my parents were looking for.

I visited Bickford Cottages (Bickford Of Omaha). It was beautiful, and it was very nicely laid out. The food was great. The staff was very accommodating. The residents were well cared for and seemed happy. They were very active and involved in activities. They were sharing stories about themselves. The activity was, "Tell Me About Your Last Holiday" so they were sharing story about their holiday.

Bickford is a very nice facility. The place is clean, and it looks well-run. I think it is one of the premiere assisted living places of Omaha. The staff looked professional.
