I went here. The tour was very positive. I like the place very much. The staff was very attentive. They want me to get a place with them, but it was very good. It was very clean, and it was very convenient to everything around that you would need outside of that. The apartment was good. The place was sort of centrally located. It was a good place so people could come and visit, or you can leave and do what you need to do outside of the facility.

I love the safety of knowing that I am cared for physically and medically here. The friendships I've developed with not only the residents, but the staff is very important to me. I also love all the great entertainers they have to come perform here.

My husband and I visited this facility this past week and we were extremely pleased with what we observed. The residents look happy; in fact, we even talked to two of them to ask how they liked living there and their answers were very positive. They said they really liked the activities and the food. Also the staff were very good to them and took good care of them. The facility itself appears to be pretty clean. We liked the "home" feel. We are still touring a few more facilities but this will be one that we will seriously consider.

They do offer intermediate levels of care for people who, for example, need help with bathing, medications, insulin injections, etc. Food seems OK though not 5-star. They seem to have some problems with adequate staffing, as many/most of the aides/nurses were temps, and they could use a few more of them. Rooms are spacious, and the facility does provide some light entertainments and "outings" as well as a transport van which handles wheelchairs, walkers, etc..
