The tour at Holiday Brentwood Estates went very well. We were a little bit surprised at the size of the rooms and the upkeep of the facility itself. It looked a little bit rundown and just very minimal upkeep. The staff was very great. We were a little bit surprised by one gentleman that kind of just followed us without being introduced. He was a resident there. Overall, the staff was really good and helpful. The dining area looked very nice. They also had an entertainment area and a workout area.

I went to Holiday Brentwood Estates. The apartment was beautiful. They have windows, so you get lots of light, which was impressive. The apartment arrangement was nice. It's just a little bit smaller than what we have now. The kitchen was only a kitchenette. We did stay for lunch and the lunch area was like a cruise ship atmosphere and the lunch was good. However, who they sat us with was not appropriate for someone new looking because the lady was concerned about her husband who was in the hospital. She was not easy to talk with. Another lady came over and sat down, too, and she was very talkative, but kind of negative. I felt the staff was friendly. It just seemed like they didn't know who they were setting us with well. It became more cost-prohibitive for us as well.
They had an activity going on at that time. They have a theater, but we were not able to see that because of the activity that was outside that. They had an exercise room and it had donated equipment in it, which is fine, and it seemed to be clean. They had laundry facilities and they were nice. They gave us a calendar of their activities. They have good activities there. There was a lady in the hallway doing her housekeeping duties and she was seemingly doing a good job, but she seemed to be a little down. I did go over and say hi to her and said, "Thank you for all your doing," and she responded with a big smile, which was nice.

We visited Holiday Brentwood Estates. They have extremely friendly staff and the residents were nice and friendly. They came up and introduced themselves while I was just standing there at the desk. Their rooms were very spacious and have a lot of storage. They're also within walking distance to a lot of things which is another plus. The staff that gave the tour was a very knowledgeable, very friendly, and a happy person. The apartment I was shown has a kitchenette, not a full kitchen, there's a small refrigerator and a microwave. That's all they had. They have a central courtyard, they showed me the workout room with the machines in there. Those machines could use some updating, however, every single one of them looked like they were donated to them so they're kind of old.

We toured Brentwood Estates. The woman that we talked to didn't know what she was doing, and she said that to us, that she didn't know what to tell us. When you walked in, it had an odor of smoke and mildew. It's not a place we're going to choose. One thing that we did notice too is that when we went to other places, the residents were out and about, and in this place, we didn't see anybody except for some movers. We went Saturday mid-morning and there was nobody out doing anything. The woman we talked to was very friendly. They said they have activities for them and they said they have a little area where they can go get snacks. But in the refrigerator, the snack was like a piece of French bread or something like that, they had some apples and oranges set out, and then they had some tea. That's about it, which is fine. The apartments were decent-sized. It was a little rundown. We were in one apartment, and one of the lights was humming bad. I asked about it and they said it was on the first of the maintenance guy's to-do the list to fix it. But the size of the apartment and the layout were nice.

I toured Brentwood Estates and they were very friendly and hospitable. The salesperson was wonderful and the residents appeared to be happy. They also had a nice menu of services for their seniors. I talked to one or two residents and asked them how they liked their lifestyle there, and they were highly praising for it. The facility appeared to be clean, well organized, and the hallways were extra wide. It was probably just a bit dated. I think they're redoing some of the rooms, because the apartment that I've viewed, one of them was sort of under construction, but we saw another quite nice one.

Our experience with Brentwood Estates was very good. They were all very nice. It seemed a little bit dated, but it's not a big deal. The staff was awesome and answered all our questions. Both my dad and I tried different things and we both liked it. The food was good. The layout makes you feel independent. They're not closed in at all. They were working on the upkeep as we were there. They were painting and doing the porches. It's within the hub of the city, so they can do things on their own. They can walk out and go out to eat within a block away or do whatever. It's a very nice neighborhood, and it was very clean.

I visited Brentwood Estates in person. It's all independent. It's very nice and very homey. They provide exercise, and they have outings in the van. I didn't get a whole lot with them because I decided that independent living was not for Dad. The apartments were very nice. They have one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, but I did not look at the two-bedroom. They have different floor plans to pick from, which is nice. They have outdoor spaces, which is nice too.

We toured Brentwood Estates. It's fine, but It just reminds me of an older, adult apartment complex. It's a little bit older, outdated, but it was nice otherwise. It needs to be updated. It's nice, cozy, quaint as far as how it sits, and I liked the fact that there's balconies for the rooms, and they had a sitting area outside.

My visit at Brentwood Estates was pretty good, and the guy who showed us around seemed to know almost everybody there. The apartments were a little bit small, but otherwise they were pretty nice. They have transportation to doctors' appointments, and one day a week they go out to the mall. The manager showed us around, but he got interrupted two or three times to answer other questions, so really the tour there wasnt all that fantastic.

I moved into Brentwood Estates, and it's fantastic. I'm very impressed with the staff, and the food is excellent. We have an exercise room, a pool room, theater room, and a room with a big kitchen, so you can make cookies for a group if you want.

Brentwood Estates was energetic, very friendly, and was a very warm environment. The staff was excellent and very knowledgeable. The grounds were nicely kept, there were paths for people to walk on, and there was a nice visiting area. They have pingpong, a couple of different pianos, a pool table, computers, a Wii, and library facilities.

Brentwood Estates was nice, and they pretty much had everything. They serve three meals, and the staff seemed to be OK. The rooms looked really nice, and they had a nice walking trail. All in all, it looked pretty good to me.

Brentwood Estates was very nice. They have dining, roll in showers, and activities on the weekend. The dining area was very nice, well laid out, and with plenty of room to get around. It was bright and cheery. People were bringing in their food, and they had a choice of food.

We just dropped by at Brentwood Estates, and they didn’t know we were coming, but they showed me a studio room which was OK. I liked that some of their apartments had 2 doors -- a front door and a back door which was really nice because it made me feel more at home. The parking was quite a long ways away, and I would have to talk to them about that. The pricing was a lot cheaper than the other place I visited, and they provide 3 meals a day.

Brentwood Estates has a very cozy feel the minute you walk in. It has very wide hallways. The reception you get is wonderful. It has a beautiful dining room, and the people are so considerate. I have been there for three weeks, and I am very satisfied with the care they are providing.

We chose Brentwood Estates for our relative. It was friendly, warm, and welcoming. We've been happy with it so far. Everything has been very positive, and food and services are good. She's gone to church and some of the music events. We've eaten there twice, and we liked it.

The appearance of Brentwood Estates is good. It is a very basic independent-living facility where the philosophy is that you will maintain your independence. I happened to look out at garden level which was very delightful. I did not eat there but I saw the dining area; it was very basic, met the need, nothing fancy. The staff is very helpful. I did not see people engaged but I know that they had a wide range of activities as well as transportation available to various activities.

Brentwood Estates was very nice. Mike, the manager, was fantastic and gave me a wonderful tour. I would love to be there. It was for my brother who decided not to go there, but not because he didn’t really like the place; it was for other reasons.

We went to Brentwood Estates for a visit. It's a lovely facility, and it's basically senior living. I need something that has more assisted living. The rooms were nice, and we were treated well. The surprising thing about it was that the one-bedroom apartment had the same price as or was even cheaper than the studio.

I liked Brentwood Estates, but the price was way too high for me. The staff was OK; they were fine. I liked that it was clean and nice, and the people were really nice.

I had my mother in Brentwood Estates for a couple of months, and I liked it very much. It was very clean, welcoming, and very warm. It was my mother's choice. I would not have chosen that place just because she needed assisted living, but I let her make that choice.
One of the reasons why we left there was because there were times when she needed help, and they refused to help. She was having difficulty too with the meals. There was four weeks that they had to shut down their dining hall. They served meals at the rooms, and the meals consisted of mostly sandwiches. She lost about 25 pounds because she didn't like the food that was being brought to her, and she just quit eating. They need to have management that is more patient and considerate with their tenants, but overall it was a nice place.
