WEL-Life at Papillion was very nice. They have many different little nooks that the residents could go into and socialize with their families. We got to look at multiple different configurations of the rooms there. I met several residents who live there and they shared their homes with us. I kind of understood how flexible people have gotten with, how they've taken the basic room and modified it so that they got the most space out of it. They have a nice courtyard, a music room, and a separate library. They had a calendar of activities that rotated through, to kind of be a broader base for people's interest. They took them shopping at the local Target. They took them out to dinner, too. The staff was very pleasant. I'd want to work with them.

My dad is now here. It is going well. The building is one level. The staff members are helpful. The room is very good size. My dad has a small refrigerator. They have nurses on duty all the time, and doctors come in on Thursday. They provide three meals plus in-between meals on a menu. He seems to like the food.

It is meeting my expectations. My husband is doing fine there. His room has been kept clean. He's been kept clean as well. I'm satisfied with it. He stays in his room and watches TV a lot. They have activities, but he doesn't get involved. The staff is excellent. They're doing a fine job. He needed someone to help regulate his medicine and it seems to be working out for what we need. He said the food is good. It's a well-run and well-organized community from what I see.

I have a family member in this assisted living and have been very happy. The director is very accommodating and does everything she can to make people happy and comfortable. I visit frequently and have gotten to know many of the residents and they all seem happy there. I would definitely recommend this place!

My mother-in-law has moved in, and she’s comfortable. We like the people. We’ve gotten to know the senior manager there; the head nurse and maintenance staff all seemed to be very responsive and very professional. The residents that we’ve met there all seemed to be very nice.
The food is good; it’s not excellent, but she has some unique taste. Overall, she likes it there, and we’re comfortable with her there. It’s very welcoming when you first walk in. There’s a big, open area with a fireplace, a TV, and a bunch of tables for her puzzles; and some nice dining facility where they have a bunch of games and bingo. The aisles and hallways are wide; the rooms are nice, very neat, and clean.
It’s like a big country place. It’s a nice, huge yard area where she looks out the window and sees pine trees and nice green grass. It has a big bird feeder outside her window; she loves to watch birds. She’s content there and she’s made some good friends.

We are able to get my mom into this community. The staff is great, but the food is not so great. Everything is good about the facility except the food. The staff is excellent. It is a small facility, and it only houses 40 residents.
