I have been living in Sunridge Village for six months. My apartment is fine but bigger than I want. The staff members are all great. The food is very good. It has all been pretty good.

I like Sunridge Village. However, it is independent living and my husband feels that we should be looking at assisted living places. Nevertheless, I like it. I like the atmosphere. I like the fact that it was independent living but that they also provide activities and transportation. They also have their own med alert system. There are a lot of things that are good about it. They have kitchen in each apartment, so if you don't like the food you can cook your own meals. I like the woman who took me around. She was very open to questions. She spent as much time with me as I wanted, and she tried to give me a comprehensive view of what was going on. She was fine. I would move into Sunridge Village myself.

My brother has moved into Sunridge Village. The deciding factor was that after my brother stays there for one year, he can pay one extra month's rent and his rent cost would never go up. They offer that for 25% to their apartments. The apartment was kind of far away, but it was closer to the action than other facilities. They have a full kitchen where my brother can take care of his lunch. They serve continental breakfast in the morning from seven to nine, and that's nice. They have some outdoor areas, and in the center there's a very nice garden. The activities are good. They have movies and games.

I've been in Sunridge Village for four days. The food is very good, and the people are fine and great. The apartment is nice, and I have plenty of room with a kitchen, two bathrooms, a bedroom, and a computer room. It's quite enough. Everything is nice.

Sunridge Village is close to my home and less expensive than some of the others. My mom just moved in there last November, and so far everything has been wonderful. The staff is very friendly, the people who live there are friendly, and the food is excellent. She's in a 1-bedroom, but it's spacious and has a full kitchen. It's really nice. Their calendar is full of different scheduled activities for the residents. They provide meal preparation, housekeeping, and trips to the stores. My mom seem happier since she moved in. I would recommend this facility to others.
