We have been living in Esprit Whispering Ridge. It's a wonderful place. The staff is so caring. It's just amazing, it's just clean, and well taken care of, and everyone is just friendly. It's like being in a home. The staff members are just outstanding. I don't know how they find such great people. The facility is beautiful, the apartments are large, and it's just a very nice, well-kept facility. They have the standard services, transportation, meals, housekeeping services, laundry if you need it. They will deliver meals to your room if you want. On the whole, the food is very good. You have two main choices at lunch and then they have soups and salads and things that you can get if you don't want that, and then one choice, dinner and breakfast, anything that you want. They have exercises, they have Wii bowling. They have bridge, card games, movies, trips to museums and places, or restaurants. They have a pretty full schedule of activities. It's a little expensive, but it's well worth it.

We had to move a friend in at the beginning of the COVID, we moved in 1 day before the care facilities were shut down because of the pandemic. I can not say enough wonderful things about the facility, they are so helpful and take time to care about the clients. No matter what we needed them to do in a very trying time, they took the time and attention needed. One of the deciding factors was their wonderful food, great daily selections, fresh fruit and wonderful deserts. The facility is always very clean.

We chose Esprit Whispering Ridge for my parents, and they moved there. They serve three meals, they have social hours every day, and they have live music onsite. On Fridays they have Bingo-type activities. They provide church services onsite, and they have independent, assisted living, and memory care.

My mom lives at Esprit Whispering Ridge, and I would not give them a very good recommendation. They have a lot of turnover and lack of communication; some of the best staff have quit. The staff is very unfriendly, overworked, and unhappy. The food is not good. There's isn't a nutritionist on site, but the dining area is fine, and the activities are pretty good.

My mother is in one of the memory care neighborhoods at Esprit. She moved in just over a year ago, and is receiving great care. The new senior management at Esprit is fantastic! Very engaged and experienced. Really working to create the best residence for residents regardless of the extent of care needed. New Director of Nursing is highly experienced and is creating excellent programs. Communication through a recent "care conference" was perfect. Really appreciate this!!

I highly recommend Esprit. My parents moved in 3 months ago and they are so happy. The staff is so caring. It is nice for my family to know they are safe and well taken care.

Staff turned-over regularly. Care was inconsistent. Services promised were not provided, i.e.; cleaning apartment, laundry (lost it frequently), medications were mis-managed, staff was indifferent & sometimes rude. Emergency "fall necklace" went unresponded to. Eventually moved family member due to poor management, care & services.

I was going to go to Esprit, but it was too expensive, and I just couldn't afford it. I had some friends there, and it was a new facility, so I liked that. But, because of the cost and the limited space, it came down to going to a different place. The staff there was great, and it was clean. I saw the room, which was very clean and new.

I have recently moved my Aunt into Esprit to their memory care. The staff is great. My aunt tends to wander in the middle of the night and the care givers will find an activity for her to do with them. They treat her like family.
