We hired them only to make sure my mom took her medicine in the morning. You have to pay for an hour so we did, They did nothing else in this hour. We had them for 4 days. The first two days were ok but I was out of town for the weekend and had them come in at a higher rate. The person they sent was new and gave my mom double of one of the pills. My dad had to straighten it all out and then the aide ended up throwing another one of the pills away. It is very expensive medicine and important she take the right dosage at the right time. The aide also messed up the med box so yet another person came in the next day and I got a call they couldn't give her the meds unless they were in the med box. Not my fault, I was out of state. I had to call once again and explain what was going on. I called and cancelled service. All this did was make an already stressful situation more stressful. They have yet to pick up their lockbox and I can hardly wait to get the bill, they will be paying for the medicine that they threw away and almost overdosed my mom on. Never again!

They came out to see us very soon after getting home from the hospital and worked around our schedule to set up therapy and nursing visits. Wonderful team and excellent care! We will definitely being using them in the future!
