One Oak Place was clean, there were quite a few residents in the common area; they all seemed very happy. I remember they had a community garden right outside, so they had some property adjacent. They had some nice flower gardens, and they had vegetable gardens. They had tomatoes and stuff like that. It was very nicely laid out with elevator access to the upper floors. It was clean. They had a swimming pool. They had bingo cards, board games, and afternoon coffee. I think it's just an apartment style. I think that some of the residents were getting their meals delivered from the Meals on Wheels program. The facility didn't make meals to my knowledge. I went to visit a friend there. They had underground parking, and she loved that. They had transportation to grocery stores and places like that.
