I took a tour of Arbor Ridge at Kernersville for my father, and the community was really nice. The grounds, the outside, and the inside were well maintained. She showed us the kitchen area, the dining area, and the activities room. They had a hair salon and a barbershop. Everyone was very friendly, and the person who gave us the tour was very thorough. She was really good and very patient, and she took her time to answer our questions. She helped us understand how the process works, and that part was really good. I would feel comfortable putting one of my parents there. It was that nice; I was that pleased.

My mother is at Arbor Ridge at Kernersville. She loves it. It's just fantastic. The staff is knowledgeable, very caring, compassionate, and friendly. She loves the food. They have activities inside for the residents. They have quite a few nice things going on all the time. When we went to Arbor Ridge, we knew immediately that it was the right one for mom. The facility, the staff, everything, it was just perfect.

My tour at Arbor Ridge at Kernersville was not what I expected. To start off, they forgot the appointment when I got there. I was not happy with it. The staff showed me a couple of their rooms, they were nice, but the community was not what I expected.

We had a great lunch at Arbor Ridge at Kernersville. The people were fantastic. It was nice, and they take the residents places and have bingo, a library, and movie nights. The dining area was nice, and the people who assisted us were great.

My mother is living in Arbor Ridge right now. They are very nice. I tasted their food, and it is not bad either. The room is clean. It impresses me how nice the people are. They have bingo, and she really likes it. The place is very well protected. It is a very nice place, and I like it myself.

Arbor Ridge was very convenient in terms of how to get to it and to find it. I'm familiar with the area, but when you're trying to think of something that feels like it's going to be a home for your parent, it felt a little more like a hotel. It just felt very commercial as opposed to having a residential feel. But once I got out of the parking lot and went into the building, I was very impressed with the overall facility. I was impressed with the layout, the details of the dining room and the architecture, and the rooms and how they were laid out. The attention and the service that we got from everybody was great. I was highly impressed with it by the time I left.

Arbor Ridge has very nice and spacious apartments. It is owned by the same company as the first one we have visited, and either one would be fine for my mother. They had a full calendar of activities. We visited in October, so they were doing an Oktoberfest with different meals and activities that were based on the German culture.

Arbor Ridge at Kernersville was extremely nice. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. It is retirement community, but you can order services, which we had done for my client. We had ordered extra help from the staff. They have a lot of family room areas with pianos. The décor was very nice. It was very clean. They have a homey feeling to it. They have a large dining room and some of them were there all the time. They're always gathering. They offered a lot of games and interactive activities. They had more daytrips. They were able to take those people offsite easier. They would take them to doctor's appointments and manage medical care for you.
