Bradley Creek Health Center of Carolina Bay at Autumn Hall is a very nice facility. They are doing real good caring for my mother, and she loves the staff. We have seen it all, and we had no issues with them. She's been there for almost twenty days now, and she's actually improved in the rehab. They do a very excellent job getting her back on her feet, and now she's able to walk down. She got a private room. They have a calendar of events and various things that they do in the facility. It's quite extensive, and it's a beautiful place. She's on a special diet, but for the most part she's fine with the food.
