We chose Autumn Care of Nash for my grandmother. She has already moved in. It's very nice and clean. They have some really nice, caring staff. The rooms are good and nice, and they could use some more modern furniture, but they were nice and clean. They have an activities room, a therapy room, and a small salon. I met the activities director. They sing, play games, and have someone play the piano for them. The place is really, really clean and well kept.

My mother has just become a resident here. We are getting welcomed and going thru the transition of understanding with them how they help the residents and families. Each of the areas that will be helping with my mother has talked with us. They are starting to help meet her needs and understand about her. I am praying for my mother as I learn with her and as they work with us.

Only change is new ownership since the last post. Service for residents is a 5 out 10 being the best. Understaffed and CNA's are just working a job. Couple of CNA's are execelent. Service continues to decline here, not a team effort. They think residents are ignorant and do not listen to their concerns or needs. Nashville / Rocky Mount area is a difficult place to find care. Searching for a way to get my loved one out.
