My mother is in Piedmont Crossing. She's in full care and it's pretty good. The rooms are nice. The facility is really nice, clean, doesn't smell like urine, and nicely decorated. The food is not good though. The common area and dining area are nice. It's well-maintained and modern. The staff is very nice and very caring. It's expensive, but it's probably one of the nicest centers in Thomasville.

I like Piedmont Crossing; the staff is courteous, the place is clean, it didn’t smell at all, and you can talk to the management anytime you wanted to. The food was good. They’re were very helpful. My mom likes it, but she wanted to be in Greensboro.
