Liberty Home Care Dunn provides good service for my wife. The aides are very prompt, we have them on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The communication between me and the agency is very good. It's a very good agency and I would recommend them.

The staff of Liberty Home Care was excellent. I felt really cared for, both for my husband and for myself. Out of all of the people who came in and out -- the nurses, the aides, the supervisors, and the grief counselors -- I did not meet one person that I did not like, and I think that was very unusual. So I always felt that they made good choices in the people that they employ. It was a very good experience, and I don't have any complaints. In fact, I even included them in my husband's memorial in the newspaper. That is how exceptional I thought it all was. When my husband had pneumonia several years ago, the hospital was convinced he was going to pass away. I didn't think so, but they did, and they recommended Liberty to me at that time, so I brought him home from the hospital with Liberty and we nursed him back to health again. So when he got sick and we knew that he was going to pass, I went right back to them, and I didn't have any problem making my choice. They were very helpful and very pleasant; they came and went without a big fuss, and it was just a very good experience all around. We worked together on the schedule, and then if we had to change it, we just made adjustments. I definitely would recommend them to others.
