We went to Holiday Crescent Heights. The problem is that we're looking for two bedrooms, and they only had a studio apartment available. The place was nice. We didn't even get to go around because they didn't have any two bedrooms available. It would just be a waste of time. The director was very nice. She gave me a brochure. We didn't get to see any activities at that point, but the brochure offered quite a bit of activities that were different from where my sisters are right now. It was more hands-on and more active. There's a different activity every day. The staff was very nice, very pleasant, and seemed to be caring.

I toured Holiday Crescent Heights. The rooms were smaller. What hit me first was that it was an older building. It was older and they were doing renovations on things. They were planning and had done some already. The amenities are pretty much standard as far as the clubhouse. They serve three meals, and they have outings, too. They had just gone to the grocery store.

I liked everything about Holiday Crescent Heights. It was very open. They had lots of activities for the residents and everyone was very friendly. The facility was nice and clean. They have a lot of amenities for the residents, which I liked. They have a beauty shop, a pool table, and a sitting area where they could sit around and watch TV. The woman who toured me had a great personality. She was very knowledgeable about everything that was going on. She walked me around and showed me all the different things.

The rooms that we viewed at Holiday Crescent Heights were great. They were large enough and both had bathrooms. I enjoyed that place. We went out into the large lounge area, and there was a man there that was visiting and he was playing the guitar and singing. It was very good and very entertaining. The lady that took us on the tour did a very good job of showing us the facilities. You could have a choice of doing your own bedding and they would come and put it on the bed for you or you could choose to use their laundry and they would take it off and put it on and do it all.
I wanted downstairs and they had that available. They had two doors to go out into the outer facility and I liked that because I wanted to have some potted plants outside. The staff during the tour has continued to call me, wanted me to come back for lunch, and was just good.
It wasn't exactly where I wanted to be, although it was 15 minutes from my daughter in the Harrisburg area and I was looking to be in the Morrisville area. They had a Baptist church close and that was good for me. I wanted to be able to have a Baptist church close or as long as they had a church within the facility, I wanted that, and they do. There were a lot of good points about it and the only reason I don't rate it a five was that I didn't get to see everything.

My mom will be moving to Holiday Crescent Heights. The staff was friendly, the rooms were roomy, inviting, and has a kitchenette. Their menus had good choices and it just seemed like home. They have amenities like a salon and a dining area. They also have activities planned for the residents.

Holiday Crescent Heights was very neat and clean. I liked the way everything was set up. Their dining area was a restaurant style. You went in, sat down at your table, and they waited on you. So, it was very, very, very, organized, and they have a lot of activities and stuff that they do. I spoke with a lady while I was waiting on the person that gave me the tour, and she had been there a year and a half, and she loved it. They have a van that takes people to places if they want to go. They also have all kinds of games and movie nights. The apartments are nice. They clean them once a week, so you don't have to worry about that. They provide your linens and stuff. The person that gave the tour was very, very knowledgeable, and real nice. I just couldn't afford it.

We chose Crescent Heights for my dad because it seems to have all the amenities that we were looking for. It was very clean and roomy, it just seemed to be the best fit. It's independent living with ala carte assistance. The staff is very conscientious, extremely caring, and willing to do anything that we ask them to do. They have plenty of activities and I see people enjoying the activities when I got there. The facility itself was beautiful. Compared to other places that we looked, this looked comparable because it's very expensive in general. They have a library, a salon, they have a common area with a big TV for things like sporting events. Their nursing staff has an office there. There really was no second choice, the others were so behind, the ones that we've looked at. They're very, very clean.

My visit to Crescent Heights was okay. It was kind of dingy, it's old, maybe it needs to be updated. There wasn't anything around them that they could walk in or visit, it was just sort of isolated. They have similar typical activities as others. The staff that walked us through was nice, they were okay and nothing out of the ordinary. Their apartments were nice, it was good.

My mom likes Crescent Heights very much. She likes that her meals and housekeeping are taken care of. She's met a lot of new ladies to play cards and games and all with, and she's just very happy there. She has a one-bedroom, and it's just enough for her, a small living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. It's got a little kitchenette with a sink and a refrigerator. She's got places to be able to have little snacks during the day when she's not down the dining hall eating. She's got a little balcony and she likes that. They have an efficiency of up to three bedrooms. They have a game room, a library, a TV room, a room for church on Sundays, and a cafeteria. They have quite a bit of stuff for the people there. Everybody I've talked to likes it there. The staff has been very helpful. From what I've eaten, the food was pretty good, and she seems to like it. It's very accessible. They have a lot of activities. Every day, there's always something going on. The only thing I don't like about the place is they have one elevator for the whole three floors.

My mom is staying at Crescent Heights in Concord. I like that they have individual heating and air-conditioning so you don't have ductwork in this pandemic and spread the virus throughout the rooms.
It's a neat concept that, although they're an independent living, they have care providers that can offer the same services as in assisted living, so it's kind of having the best of both worlds in my opinion. It's independent living, but there's also a team of people in the community that provide assistance. They help her get dressed, take a bath, use the facilities, and they administer her medicine. What they can provide depends on your level of needs, so it's not like going to a facility where you are paying for all the stuff you don't need.
Her room is a studio-type apartment, with an alcove for the bed. It has a little kitchenette, a living area, it also has a balcony that you can put two chairs on. She's on the second floor, it's very nice, and it's pretty spacious.
She's had meals there, and from what I understand, the food is good. They have a nice library, an exercise room, social areas, and places to eat. The entire place is very clean and they have very friendly people.

My mother seemed to like Crescent Heights. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very nice and they had a very nice dining room; it was very spacious. She is gonna go for the studio. She's just gonna have medication, they're gonna administer medications at this time, and we're gonna evaluate and go from there to see if she needs anything. She might be kind of into memory care.
They have art classes, exercise classes, they play bingo, there's movie nights, a chapel, and a hair salon. So they've got a lot going on. We were not there at meal time, but it seems very, very nice. Everybody was just very friendly. It was a very clean and well kept place.

If I can't go home, this is the best place to be. The food is good and the staff couldn't be any better!

I feel fortunate and blessed to live at Crescent Heights. I feel secure. I enjoy participating in activities and like doing exercises, arts and crafts, and cooking. I have made a lot of friends and enjoy talking to other residents here.

Crescent Heights is a lot like home. I love my housekeeper. She is so nice and loving and always goes out of her way. Before Covid, I was able to utilize transportation to still work at the hospital, and I hope to get back there one day. I like being able to talk and socialize with other residents and the employees.

I like living at Crescent Heights because of the independence I have to do what I want. One of my favorite parts is the dining room and the socializing and chance to make friends. Covid has changed our dining for now, but I look forward to a time we can all be together again and have the chefs back out doing action stations. I feel the dining room is the heart of the community!

I liked Crescent Heights, including the appearance, how clean, and how nice it was. I loved it for my mom. I loved that you could either get a studio or a one-bedroom. It is ideal. They have entertainment down in the lobby, they were playing music, the games that they come up with are very nice, and there's a great group of people there. I was very impressed. I had two people that helped me, and they were extremely nice, and very professional. They made me feel completely comfortable from the minute we walked in.

Crescent Heights is an excellent senior community and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I thought the rooms were quite beautiful, they had both studios and apartment-types. They had all the activities and amenities at the community as well.

Crescent Heights looked new and clean. Nothing was going on while I was there, but they said they had bingo and movies. They showed us around and pointed out things we needed to see. The staff was friendly. They served 3 meals a day. They had a bus that would take us to the doctors' appointments.

Crescent Heights looked like a regular, upscale apartment. The staff was very nice. The dining area was very pleasing. It was close to the mall and the hospital right across the street from the mall.

Crescent Heights was a very nice place. The lady that I met who in charge was very nice. My concern was that my sister needed medical attention. I liked the rooms. They had one bedroom unit that was adequate in size. The staff was very informative. The food was great. There were no doctors on site, but they could give you connections to a doctor.

We have decided on Crescent Heights. My parents have moved in and seem to be adjusting really well. There is a very nice and friendly atmosphere. There are a lot of activities for my parents. I like that they have emergency calls in every room, there is a nurse available everyday there, and I like the meals and the quality of the meals.

My mom is at Crescent Heights. It’s a large community, and they don’t have medical staff. As a matter of fact, if someone falls, they would have to call the fire department. They serve three meals a day, but not that many people like the food there, which is one of their drawbacks. The management is very good and friendly. They come around, visit, and assist people in serving their meals. They seem always available for help as long as it is not medical.

Crescent Heights was nice and very clean. The only thing about it that was different from some of the others I saw is that their kitchen does not have a stove. Basically, you don’t cook in there, you eat down in the restaurant. When I asked them about it, they told me that we could cook there but it was like a small pot. The dining area was fine; the staff was friendly.

The one that I went to was the Crescent Heights. It was absolutely gorgeous. It would have been perfect for my mother four years ago, but she requires more than what they offer. They had one aide or you could have anybody go in to the facility and take care of your mom.

They’re very nice at Crescent Heights. The first room we were ushered into was a very small one bedroom, but there were several choices. I would assume that they were designed to fit any need. We were invited for a meal, and it was very nice. They’re very accommodating.

Crescent Heights was very nice, and I liked it, but my parents need more assistance than what they offered. I liked their apartments better. They were much larger. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and very friendly.

I love Crescent Heights. I really like that, but it is for independent living only. But they can hire somebody to come, and it's a high price to be there to pay for assisted living. The dining room was nice.
They have weekly tours, and they get together and go to bowling and movies. I just wish they had assisted living and memory care.

Stay as far away as you can. The facility is very poorly managed and the food is awful. The office staff does not handle issues and is rude to the residents. The activities are not managed well, from arguments at bingo games to not having a variety of activities to choose from. Even with suggestions, food is salty, fried and unhealthy especially for a senior citizen diet. It lacks variety and most items are not edible due to being over cooked or undercooked. The common areas of the facility are not clean and most of the washers and driers are broken and do not get fixed. Maintenance staff even turned off air conditioners in the hallways rendering walking for exercise inside impossible due to the uncomfortable temperature.

Crescent Heights is cheaper than some of the other independent living. It is also the closest to my son and it met all my requirements. I think the people that I met there were friendly and open. I liked the fact that they have two management teams -- a husband and wife -- so you can go to them with your problems. I could even go to one team to get a taxi to go to the VA hospital, which I was surprised to hear. So I have free transportation to the VA hospital, which I need. I wanted the largest studio, but they only have those for really old people. We had lunch there a couple of times and the food was fantastic. I understand that they are worried about older people falling and drowning, so that is why they don't have a pool, just showers. They have an exercise room. They have free transportation, so you could go to lunch or shopping once or twice a week or whatever that is that people need to do with the shuttle bus. They also have a library, a needle room where you can learn how to knit and crochet and stuff like that, a TV room, and a private dining room where you can have your family over for family supper or something.

When you walk inside Crescent Heights, it is set up like a cruise ship. There were three levels, and it looked like a cruise ship on the inside. Like other Holiday properties, it has the same building concept and the same apartment size. Although the theme was the same, I think the other facility was built a little later than this one. This one was a little older, but still it looked decent. I would recommend this one too. If my mother went with Crescent Heights, I would be happy with it. If she went with the other one, I would be happy with it also.

I already have a facility. It is called Crescent Heights. I like everything about it. I like the food, I like the people, I like the layout, and also it is next to my son. This facility was very clean. What I chose was a large studio, which is in an L-shape, so you have some privacy in the back corners, and there is plenty of room. I know already how big it is and how I could fit my furniture in there. It is very nice. They would do the housekeeping and stuff like that, so I don't have to worry about anything. As for the staff, they said they were going to send me a welcome kit, but they never did, so I have to call them again today and ask for a welcome kit.

Crescent Heights is a really nice facility. They are also owned by Holiday. They have nice facilities. They have nice dining room. The rooms are a little bit small, just like the other facility I visited. Nevertheless, they would have been okay for us.

I've visited Crescent Heights for my parents. It was fairly new and modern at that time. It was very clean and the overall appearance was impressive. I was also impressed with the staff. They were cordial and professional.
