Tryon Estates at Columbus was in a small town, and we felt isolated. However, the facility was nice. We had a wonderful lunch. The staff was helpful. We went there for a presentation, and we were given good and complete information. The residents we talked to were very happy. They were pleased with the amenities. However, we didn't like the location. I would rate it a 5, but I would not rate the location a 5. The location didn't appeal to us, but it seemed to appeal to other people. The landscaping was absolutely beautiful; the trees were blossoming. It's a very pleasant place to live. I would rate the staff a 5, and I would rate my meal as a 5. We had lunch there, and it was very good. We were impressed by what we saw. They had a nice pharmacy, a nice library, a salon, exercise, and a swimming pool. They had all the things that normal people would want.
