We went to look at Brookridge Retirement. The staff took us to an open room. She told us we could go down to the gym where they did physical therapy, but we didn't go down there. We saw the room and the hallways. They were also doing construction on the main section and making it nicer. The room was nice. They had a nice closet area to put the stuff in. From what I heard, the staff was new at her job. She was nice and friendly, but not as informative as the lady at the other facility. The facility smelled and looked fresh and clean.

My mother lives in the Healthcare building on the 7th floor. The current staff, with the exception of a couple people, aren't very personable or interactive with the patients. Needs more upbeat employees who don't have ghetto attitudes.

this facility has no integrity when dealing with people who are dealing with difficult times with their loved ones. They misrepresent their policies and do not give adequate care to residents. I would certainly look at other options with staff that care about their patients and their families rather than see them as opportunities to make profits.
