Would not recommend! They let my grandmother fall after she had hip surgery now her ankle is black and blue. It’s swollen and she’s in pain. We removed her from there today. Her hearing aid disappeared and so did her Columbia jacket will she was in there. She was only in there 2 weeks I would hate to see if she had stayed longer!

Cleveland Pines is the best LTC facility in Shelby NC. I have had several of my family members as residents and they always go above and beyond.

My parent was there for weeks. they were on a low sodium diet and they continued to bring her food high in sodium. The place was not clean and she was treated for an illness that she did not have. The Pines is very dated facility and needs an upfit badly.
