We did a tour of The Templeton of Cary. It was expensive, but it was very nice. It's brand new, just opened up. It's got everything, and it's huge. I think it has 399 apartments. I think they charge you the price of the apartment based on the location near the main building. I thought that was a little strange. So, if you had an apartment that was very close to the main building, it was more expensive than one further away. It was absolutely beautiful, they just opened it a few months ago. They have lots of apartments available, you can move right in. So, if you get an apartment at the back of the development, it's a lot less expensive. That was the only place we visited that was like that. I can't remember the name of the person that took us around; but it's like, they saw that we dressed very nice, and wanted us to pay more for it. I just thought the pricing was a little strange. Like I mentioned before, they charge you more for an apartment closer to the dining facility than they do for one further away. My wife is on a walker, so she can't go very far.

Templeton of Cary seems fine. What I like about it is it's directly across from the hospital, so when something happens, my dad is close by to be transported across the street. The rooms are new and have very nice accommodations. The staff is nice, seems to be very helpful, and willing to reach out if needed. Their dining room is nice. He is eating in his room right now, so he doesn't get to the dining area, but the food looks good. I've tasted it and it's pretty good I thought. It's not a huge meal, but when you get older, you don't need a lot of food. I know they got a rehab room with various weights and machines that they use for rehab. From tje outside, everything is clean, new, with fresh paint.
