The tour I had at Springdaile Assisted Living was great. We liked it because it's a small house with about three or four rooms and a small community of residents. My mom has some memory issues and we think the small space would be good for her. The pricing was a little too high for us but I think it's important for us to have her there in a single room.
The staff was very responsive. They answered our questions. They were very polite and professional. We had a good feeling when we interacted with them. They were great. They worked with us. It took several months to make a decision, but they were very patient with us.

Springdaile Assisted Living was very clean. The person who gave me the tour was very friendly and open. It's a very nice place. It's more of definitely residential, like a group home. It wasn't a typical assisted living facility. They had six residents. You could have a private or shared room. The rooms that we looked at weren't occupied. They had a calendar where they have activities and stuff. It's great if you wanted somewhat to kind of feel like they're living in their own house. It was just a little too small.

I went to see Springdaile Assisted Living. It's super in parallel with where my dad currently is but the price was more than I had anticipated from what was online so it's not worth it for me. I get that they have different levels of care, but I thought I could get my dad there for under $4000 and I can't. It reached over $5000 and at this point, it's not worth it.
During my in-person visit, everything was clean and they cater to the residents. The person who toured me was very informative too. They had an eating area and a large back porch deck so there's plenty of area for residents to go. The bedrooms were normal bedroom sizes and the upkeep was great. The location is also easily accessible.

Very clean facility and the rooms are spacious. Staff is well experienced. My aunt enjoyed the activities especially the morning yoga and stretch. They celebrate all festivals and birthdays. Really loved the home like setting for this facility.
