They were here when they said they would be.
The nurses were having to start an IV a few different times.

They help me get my infusions.
They are a good company and they have all of the goods.

I don't have to go to the hospital to have an infusion done, so it makes it convenient for me.
My biggest problem has been the nurse turnover rate. I've had eight or nine different nurses, and all were supposed to be a permanent nurse. They've let me down.

They come and do her home infusions and that is it.
They could have more contact with check in. I probably get a call from them every 3 months, and that is not enough.

They do a good job as far as the infusions.

I don't have any complaints at all. I need the infusions, so it is a medical necessity.
I have a very good nurse who is one of the best.

Once I get used to one of the ladies, they send someone else, and I don't like letting new people into my home.
