My mother was placed here for rehab after a long stay in the hospital. The first two days no rehab was done. Nor was she allowed to leave her bed to use the bathroom, since she hadn't been cleared by physical therapy to do so. She waited for hours for a nurse to come resulting in her urinating in her diaper and causing a rash. After requesting ointment several times on the 2nd day she finally got powder. Upon discharge they gave her a handout with things she needed to do, one of those things was to receive physical therapy & occupational therapy well this wasn't ordered by the Dr and it's been over a week trying to get a hold of someone to order this. Still have not received a call back. Some of the nurses here were fabulous others need to find a new career!

Had a family member in the facility. All of us family are out of state and the Staff is not responsive, doesn’t return calls. No communication and do not seem to care about this. Not at all how they seemed talking to them before hand. Very upsetting.

We moved my mother-in-law into Woodland Hill. She was only there for about 2 1/2 weeks, and then we had to put her in the hospital and then to hospice. It was great, and they were really helpful. We had no problem. The people were great, compassionate, and concerned. They took very good care of her. She had a roommate, and there was enough room for her. It was very family-oriented. The nursing staff all knew the patients, and I could call them anytime if there was a problem. It came highly recommended by a friend of mine.

my mother is at this facility. i have pictures of her hair so matted it had to be cut out. she has not been bathed. she lays in her feces. she never has any water in her room and when you there they don,t come in . you asked them why, their( commit), is either i am new or some one else was to be taking care of that. i am trying to complain over their head to some higher ups and when i do i will be ready for i am not the only one that is complaining about their family not being taken care of like they should. i also have pictures.

Our mother has been here 7 times and she always got great care. The staff had to put up with a lot from family members but they were always great. May need them again soon. You can not get from help and response from the staff than you do here. Your family will be taken care of.
