Trinity Elms Health & Rehab was very clean, and they were very professional. The amenities were great. They had a therapy room and chapels. They had a lot of activities going on. It was pretty much perfect. The room was very bright and appealing. It had a TV, nightstand, closet, and drawers to put some clothes in. The staff who gave us the tour was very friendly and very well informed. She told us everything we wanted to know before we even asked.

I am disappointed to know that Trinity Elms does NOT require their staff to be vaccinated against Covid 19. Consequently, staff members have repeatedly tested positive, leading to the closure of one or more units in the facility again and again. This means no family visits in person, uncomfortable nasal swabs of even vaccinated residents, and additional isolation of residents. Communication from staff has been poor, especially since new management came on board. My family is disheartened and saddened by Trinity Elms's decision not to prioritize the health and well-being of those they are charged to care for.

I have had two family members stay at Trinity Elms Health and Rehab. Not only do they have a pretty facility, but they have very caring staff. I have to say that every person I dealt with was wonderful from the housekeepers and CNAs to the Administrative staff. No place including our own homes are perfect. When I had a concern or question about something they were very attentive and helped explain anything I needed. I liked feeling comfortable with the staff at the place in case something did happen and I needed to talk with someone. I would recommend them to anyone looking for placement. They are the tops and well above most any other nursing home in the area.
