Auberge at Missoula Valley wasn't that nice. The people were nice, but the facility was very plain. It looked very much like an assisted living facility with just hallways and rooms. The staff was great. The rooms were like studios, and they didn't have a lot of amenities. They had an activity board. They also had a patio and a dining room, and the chef was really nice. It seemed a little outdated.

It is bigger than the other place I visited, and it's a really nice community. The tour guide was waiting for us and was able to sit us inside the office to talk to us. They weren't really able to show us any rooms, but we got a nice feel of the community. They had all kinds of amenities like crafts, a TV room, services on the chapel, movie nights and book reading. There was a bit of stuff they do, and they actually had a day room and a crafts room, too. They do a really good job. The staff is very professional, they have multiple people there. When I got in, the staff directed me to the manager or the director there, or I think she was the tour guide, and she was waiting for us. She showed us around the place which was nice and large. The dining room was a very large place which looked like a restaurant, and there's also a little separate place where you could do a family gathering.

It has all of the amenities that we were looking for, and it's a very pleasant place with very nice people. They have exercises and games of different sorts, and a lot of activities. The rooms are clean and sufficient. The food is good.

It was also very positive, but logistically, it was too far away from the rest of the family. They offered studio and one-bedroom apartments.

My wife’s uncle was here for a while. We thought it was really nice and quiet. There was a girl that took us around on a tour, and she was lovely, very helpful and friendly. The rooms were pretty much how I expected they would be; it was adequate. It looked like a nice place, and it looked easy to walk around. I was impressed with the dining room; people were going in to eat while we were there, and everybody looked like they were having a great time. The surroundings and the grounds looked very nice.

It is very nice. They are great people. We are very happy, and my mom loves it there too. Everyone that we have come across is excellent. They are very caring and helpful. In fact, my mom had a mini stroke last week and they took care of everything, and then they called us to let us know that she was in the hospital. They were super and my mom just loves them for it. She said they were very good about it. The only thing she complains about is that the food, when they serve the breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the dining room, is always cold, and it takes a long time for them to get served. They have a lot of activities. They play Wii bowling, they have a knitting group, and then they have the regular room where they do puzzles and you can go down there anytime and work on the puzzles. They have an exercise room. I want to move in there myself because it is a really nice place and the staff is super -- they are so nice. It is like a bonus forever. They get to know you by name right away; they are very personable. We don't have to worry about Mom; we just feel that she is in a great place, and she seems happier. It has been great for all of us.
