The building is old, but well maintained. The staff are all great. They work hard to maintain activities for the residents and everyone I have met is friendly and has a good time. The greatest aspect of this facility is value for the dollar. They are strict on the rules for the safety of the residents, which is good. This is especially true of outsiders entering the building.

Eagles Manor was pretty old, and the rooms were very small, but the people and residents were super nice, and it's a great place right off the bat. The activities were kind of goofed up because of COVID, so they didn't have what they would normally have, but they had activities, and they had them posted on the wall. The staff who assisted me was great; she was wonderful.

My mother and brother are in Eagles Manor. They have a friendly staff. I like that my mother and brother are happy there and participate in activities. I have been impressed with the staff, and the ones who I have talked to have been informative and friendly, but the fact that my mother and brother like them is what impresses me. They have laundry services and people who come and clean their apartment. Everything is clean and well-kept. When I am there, I usually pick them up and take them out. I know they serve at least two meals a day, but there is an early morning breakfast that they do not go to. They have transportation available if they set it up beforehand.

My parents were in the Eagles for a while, and they were not very happy with that. They provided meals, but other than that, there was no assistance, and the meals were not very good. Sanitation was adequate, otherwise it was a warehouse for older people. They had minimal activities. The costs kind of matched the facility; it was cheaper. They need to improve on the meals primarily. It was just low quality meals. They didn't have a nurse or anybody that could help you if got hurt or whatever. It was an apartment, and they were on their own.

The Eagles Manor is one of the lower priced places. I have a studio apartment and although I don't feel that I have as much independence or privacy as I have before, it's nice and I'm quite enjoying not having to cook my meals, and food is okay. The staff, from the office personnel down to maintenance, is very nice and very helpful. They have some chair exercise programs every morning for half and hour and for five days in a week, as well as Bingo and other card games. They also take us shopping about once a week. They don't have very good window covering and I would like them to furnish blinds. But they're pretty good in giving residents what they need.
