Look elsewhere. I was devastated leaving my mother there. It was depressing, dirty, understaffed, old furniture, and they told me NOTHING. I had to search and find the CNA to ask. It smelled of smoke. My mom didn't get dinner untill after 7 and it was cold. The nurses looked haggered. Had stained clothes. I can go on and on. My mom has to do rehab there and I can't get her out of there fast enough.

My mother is currently at Mountain View Skilled Nursing Facility. My mother and our family are completely satisfied and really appreciate the great care! My mother has a large room and a very comfortable bed. Thank you Mountain View!

This facility is incredibly depressing. A new coat of paint would make a difference. My father a Alzheimer's patient was moved to different rooms several times without anyone contacting me. I called one day to inquire about this. The run around I received was well you know it was so and so who was supposed to call you. One day while I was at work one of the employees of this so called facility works at the same place of employment as I do on a part time basis. He walked right up to me with other co workers around and started to tell me about things my father is doing such as well we are having to change him more and more now. I was appalled! What ever happed to the HIPPA guidelines?!
