I did a tour of Westpark Village. It was just too over-the-top fancy, and if you want a snack or something, you had to walk to the kitchen to get it. They had formal dining; these people are in their 90s, they're done with that kind of living. It's fine for those people that want to live that way, but it was not my mother at all.
The staff was nice. It's fancy, and the place is huge. If the people expect more fancy sitting areas and things like that, I suggest that to them, but it just didn't fit us at all.
It's in a good location. The rooms weren't any different than they are at the others, so they were just average, your usual. They have bingo and sitting fitness.

My father is in Westpark Village. The place is immaculate and the people that work there are extremely nice. They're very attentive and very polite. He is a combination of independent and assisted living. He is independent but with assisted services. It has memory care, but it does not have nursing care. It's very nice. The food is very good. It's not inexpensive though.

We toured Westpark Village. We saw the whole facility. The overall experience was very good. The staff who gave me the tour was very nice. The residents seemed to enjoy visiting as we went through, and we got to see lunch being served, so it was very good. We didn't look at the menu, but we did talk about the menu, and it seemed like it would be a menu that my father would enjoy. The facility was very clean, homey, and inviting. The room was very appropriate. It was more than just four walls, so it was very nice. The location was easy to get to, and convenient. I was very impressed with the amenities. Not only do they have the transportation and more nursing services than a lot of independent living areas, but they also have a system where if someone is new, they welcome them and have a little escort with them to get them familiar.

Westpark Village was a very nice place that was just remodelled. The people that live there loved it. The dining areaand the staff was very nice. I’ve been there for other events like fashion shows and to eat with them since the food is very nice.

The staff is super friendly. They know all the residents by name and seem to genuinely care about them. Turnover is very low, even in the high-school age dining room servers. They are sweet to the residents, and even remember their food preferences. The building itself is very nice. It is decorated well--even seems a little too plush. It has a movie theatre, a chapel, a party room, outdoor areas, game rooms, and lots of public small seating areas. There are laundry rooms on each floor--clean and comfortable, with reading materials. There is a library with computer access. Families can plan private parties in the facility. There is parking, including a large underground parking facility. This is nice in Montana in the winter. They plan a lot of special "themed" events for the residents. They have a van available for transportation to shopping and medical appointments. The food is great. Residents can have guests for meals at any time. There is a nurse on staff. Each resident is checked on each morning.
