This facility is not a good place for older adults. The front office staff are rude and messy. We have not had a raise since some of us started but they are always remodeling and buying new furniture. The food is too salty for the residents. The emergency switch do not work in rooms. They do not have adequate cleaning supplies nor do they have disinfectants to kill germs. They are very inconsistent. They expect workers to not enter the door with cellphones but some of the front office staff are on Facebook taking pictures all day long.

My mother has been living here for the past four years. She enjoys the activities and the environment that this facility offers. The cooks and kitchen staff does a wonderful job preparing and serving the food. All the employees are very polite and attend to my mother's needs.. We are blessed to have this establishment here in Mississippi.

Home Place (Willard F. Bond Home) is a really nice place. The room is not spacious, but it's definitely adequate for my mom's situation. The food is really good, and Mom is really happy with it, too. They have an outing every other Thursday to Walmart, and she plays bingo.

It is not a good place for your love ones. The administrative staff are unprofessional. The food is not good. The building is older and not well maintained Overall, it was a bad idea to let my family member live there in that short of amount of time. She complained everyday so I moved her to a new location and now she is happy..

The Bond Home is a relatively nice assisted-living facility. The buildings themselves are older, but they are well taken care of. All of the staff that I have been in contact with are excellent. They really do care about the well-being of my mother. One downside about the Bond Home is that it is across the street from an airfield so it can be noisy. All of the area schools and church groups visit the home frequently to do charity work such as playing games and singing hymns and Christmas Carols. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the Bond Home.
