We thought Peachtree was the greatest place until it wasn’t! When COVID hit they were totally unprepared. The nursing staff except for the exception of Melinda was inadequate! It was like they never went to nursing school! My mother nearly died of COVID in there. There failure to communicate with the family at this critical time was not acceptable. Great place if the resident is completely able to care for theirselves both physically and mentality. The additional cost for a higher level of care is a joke!

I put my mother here and she loves it and so do I. She is checked on and assisted whenever she asks. The food is good and the administrator and staff are incredibly nice and professional. They work very hard to please the residents and take care of them in a loving way. The whole building smells wonderful and looks like a home. I smile everytime I walk in. It is that great! I hope I can stay in a place this nice when and if I ever need it. They also have plenty of activities to offer is the residents want to participate. I am very pleased with it.

I liked the atmosphere of Peach Tree Village, but it’s an older facility. The rooms were not as nice, and they’re small. The staff is very friendly. They have two dogs that stay at the facility, which I thought was nice.

We are very happy with Peach Tree Village. This is for my aunt. The sanitation is excellent, it's just like being in someone's home. There's no medicine or disinfectant smell and it's very pleasant. It's also a very bright facility. They have an Eden facility, they have plants everywhere. They have birds, fish, along with the regular activities. I found out that they have 2 companion dogs that lived there that the residents could enjoy. The staff is very nice helpful and accommodating. This is what we were looking for.

I was not satisfied with the quality of service, food, or staffing at Peach Tree Village. I had my father removed after only visiting him there a few times! The director Mrs. Smith was very under dressed every time I saw her in the facility, wearing things my twenty-three year old granddaughter wouldn't dare to wear. I also had a problem with the way Mrs. Sandi dressed also, like she just rolled out of bed and went to work. Their attitudes aren't so grand either. Very unprofessional! Their food was very mediocre. My dad constantly complained to my siblings and I about it. Also with Peach Tree Village being an assisted living facility I don't understand why during events I have attended the Dementia unit was filled with nursing home patients?! This place need to be shut down and have a brand new staff put in!

The Peach Tree Village is one of the places that we're considering for my mother. I didn't get to taste the food when we went there, but I saw their menu for the day and it sounded pretty good. I don't really know what sort of activities they had, but I was able to look at their activity calendar and they had outings. The three people that I talked to from their staff were all very friendly and they really tried to help, so we were able to get a little bit more information about the facility.
