My husband is in Bedford Care Center Monroe Hall. They provide good care and I'm very satisfied with it. I haven't really had anything to complain about. Everything seems to be good and in order. I don't see any problems with it. They have all kinds of activities. He seems satisfied there. He doesn't complain and ask to come home. Everybody there has just been wonderful and as helpful as they can be. The building and the rooms are really nice. The food looks really good and he eats everything they bring him. They have a little fenced-in area and it has picnic tables and chairs out there. We sit sometimes out in the sun for a little while and he seems to enjoy that.

Bedford Care Center was a good facility. The care was nice. My mom was cared for well there. It was a nice facility. The grounds were kept fine, and the people were very attentive.

My mom had stayed at Bedford Care. They were very good for therapy and making my mom's muscles and things straightened out. They were trying to make her walk again. However, the time ran out. She could only stay there for insurance purposes. I liked that their therapist was knowledgeable. They were sensitive to the people that were there. They cared about them as a person, not just a patient. They were personable. It was good facility too.
