My mom moved to Alden Pointe. They receive so much personal attention, and the programs are well-designed for the seniors. The staff is very attentive and caring, and they pay attention to details. The facility is very up to date, it's always clean and very fresh. The food is always very good and they have a variety of menus. No place is perfect, but they do a fantastic job. Her room is nice, the care is excellent, and the attentiveness is wonderful. So I think we get our dollar's value.

TO SAY THAT WE LOVE ALDEN POINTE IS A GROSS UNDERSTATEMENT.MY WIFE HAS BEEN IN THE MEMORY CARE FOR OVER I YEAR.SHE HAS RECEIVED ONLY THE BEST CARE.TO ALL THE EMPLOYES IVE TALKED WITH,SAY THIS NOT A JOB- IT IS A CALLING.YOU SPEND A LITTLE TIME THERE AND YOU WILL SEE THAT IS TRUE.WE ARE VERY PLEASED AND SO THANKFUL GOD ALLOWED US TO BE A PART OF ALDEN POINTE.OUR PRAYERS ARE FORGOD TO CONTINUE BLESSING EACH EMPLOYE AND RESIDENT.

I would not recommend this facility. Mistakes were made and no one acknowledged or took responsibility for them and it is not a place I would want my loved ones.

This place is wonderful. My mom lived her till she passed in June. She recieved the very best of care. She was loved by all. The employees were very caring. Good was very good. Activities were good, they clean their rooms weekly wash their laundry seperate from others snacks provided hair salon in building and therepy room fir those needing it. She was very happy here.

I am more than happy with Alden Pointe. My daughter's been there since 2005. I go there twice or three times a week. Everything is lovely. It's not too big, the food is wonderful, and they have activities. She has a private bath, computer, everything she wants in her apartment. Every morning she goes to a religious service and she happens to love that.
She can have her nails done, she can go to a hairdresser, they can go shopping, they've got bingo and other stuff. Every month they have a calendar for what they have to do. As far as the food goes, she can have coffee anytime she wants it, they have desserts for everything, and they have parties. They have a nurse on duty 24 hours a day and they have aides and everything. It's a very nice place. I've been recommending them. There are some people over there that I've recommended.
