The 1st room my mom was in, had a gap in the wall to outside, leaves and bugs getting in.
She was in there 7 weeks. In that time, she lost 20 pounds, had bed sores and a UTI because she would have to wait hours to have her diaper changed so she would end up holding it for hours. Ended up with a UTI because of this.
They forgot to feed her more than once!
Had to pull her out of the facility and sent to the hospital because of the bed sores and dehydration.
Continuously met with staff to try and resolve issues but nothing was ever done.
Felt absolutely horrible for agreeing to send her here.
Avoidance

old,cold and run down.
staff interactions had no follow thru or consistentcy and this is also the same with management.
No extra amenities because the basics are hard to come by.
