My dad moved into St. Louis Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care in November. The facility is very clean. It's like an old hotel. It does have an outdoor area, but we haven't used it because it's been too cold. It's in the city and it has a dedicated outdoor space, but the inside facility is very nice. The staff has been very nice and very accommodating. They have movie nights and some recreational time. The dining area is very nice, and he likes their food, so far.

The tour at St. Louis Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care was good. The location was great. The rooms felt like a hotel because it used to be a hotel. They were nice, but small. The staff was great and very nice. The food was not that great compared to other places.

St. Louis Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care seemed like a nice facility. I liked some of the amenities there. The people there always seemed to be nice. If the person's not on hospice, you have to supply the bed and TV. They had their own small refrigerator and microwave. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable. The facility was a seven-story tall building. They said it used to be a hotel with elevators. They offered threee meals a day. They had an outdoor space.

My mom is in St. Louis Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care. It has been very good. The staff there are very caring. It's well staffed and very friendly. She had a real hard time adjusting at first, and they were very patient with her. They really helped her through it. Now she is involved in more activities. I think she's doing well. I go once a week and spend a couple of hours with her. We have lunch, and it's good. She enjoys it. They play bingo twice a week, and she really enjoys that. They keep them pretty busy. They have outside trips. She hasn't participated in any of that yet, but they do that at least twice a week. They have some music. They have chair exercises that they do every day. It's very clean. They've been doing some renovations. They have a nice little outdoor patio. I really don't have any complaints at all. They have a minister that comes every other week, and she really enjoys that.

I like that the St. Louis Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care facility was so bright, there were lots of windows. The facility was clean, the staff was very friendly and I saw a lot of activity. The residents that were there that I saw appeared to be happy, they were friendly as we were walking through the halls, which says a lot. The staff who gave the tour was very informative, friendly, and empathetic with what was going on with me and my family. The cleanliness and everything were great. My only concern is that it's an older building and it's like seven floors, with elderly, that was my only concern. But they were able to go over emergency evacuation plans with me, which made me much more comfortable with that. The rooms had a refrigerator and a microwave.

The tour I had of St. Louis Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care was very nice, and the staff was very nice, very thorough, and very forthcoming. The rooms seemed to be on the small side. The atmosphere seemed nice. The dining area was nice. It was surrounded by a lot of other buildings, and it's on a busy street. It's a city atmosphere.
