Bethesda Orchard is a high-rise, it's got about five or six floors, and there's elevators. It's a fairly new building. They have about five or six different locations. It's a big operation. They have nice gardens. They are nice rooms, because it's a fairly new one. They have an exercise room, and a little library, they have an activities director. You're right into the town of Webster, so you can just walk around in the town itself. Everything is close by. There's restaurants nearby. If you're ready to go, they have a person that could come out to your home, assess the place and see the size of your room, and they could help you decide what furniture would fit in the new place.

Our dad entered Bethesda Orchard's independent Living center at 99. He was a little reluctant, make that very reluctant. This was pre Covid 2018. He came to really love the place. He participated in just about every activity offered including the Wii Bowling league, which he proudly competed with other residents. He also was a foodie and the chef and staff never failed to impress. During Covid, things changed, food was more simple, and safety was paramount. But the staff was excellent. Everyone called him by name and even as his health changed our family never had any doubt about his care. We also never had any incident of theft or malfeasance by anyone associated with the organization. I cannot say enough about Todd the Director or the care center staff. Of course, everything can be subjective, but in the world of limited care personnel, rising costs, my expectations were always met. It is a solid, reliable senior living facility. I will plan to stop by and visit even though dad moved to be closer to my sister in Kansas City at the age of 102!

Bethesda was really nice. It's somewhere we would like to live, but we just can't afford it. The staff is also nice. They have all the things to keep you busy, like a gym, shuffle dance, playing cards, and they even take you out. The food was very good.

I found Bethesda Orchard for my mom. We like the people we've met, the layout of the facility, all the activities, and the fact that we can add more care as she needs it. It seems like they have everything like card games, movie nights, and field trips. They take people to church on Sundays, too. They go to plays and museums. It is very impressive. The rooms are quite large. When one person moves out, they paint the room whatever color the new resident wants. The room has a good, full kitchen. The rooms are spacious. We were lucky to get the one we needed. They have two meals a day. There are six or seven different options for each meal, and you can go down there anytime. There is no set mealtime.

Bethesda Orchard was very nice and very clean. The whole facility was very nice. Everything was great. They have a lot of activities available. The dining room was very nice. The residents were all very nice and very friendly. They loved living there and enjoyed it. They have friendly staff there. Some of the rooms were nice; however, they were very much smaller than what I was looking for. The cheapest room was too small. My mother would have a living room and bedroom in the same room. The kitchen, the living room, and the bedroom were all in the same area, and there was a bath. It wasn't big enough if somebody would be in a wheelchair. There wasn't anything I didn't like about this facility but the price.

Bethesda Orchard is very good. I have been here for just over a year. I looked at five different places before I chose this one. I'm very happy here. In fact, I'm one of the instigators in order for us to have a pool table. They took down the pool table, which I and some of the other guys were interested in. We have a Wii bowling set up in one of the rooms. We would watch shows on Friday. They have various card games that are going on throughout the week. We have money bingo once a month, and candy bingo the second Tuesday of the month. We also have resident organization, and we meet once a month. The staff seems to be very helpful. They would put out a menu for the week. On Sunday, we have a brunch; it is just one meal from 11:30 to 1:30. Our dinner today includes a Hawaiian roll, barbecue or pork steak, fried chicken, etc. Overall, I'm content with this place.

We found an assisted living place for my father and that's Bethesda Orchard. We chose this facility because the rooms are comfortable to stay in. The staff are all fine. We have no problems with this facility.

Bethesda Orchard is located in a relatively busy area, but it has a quiet backyard, a garden, walkways, and so forth. It just seems like a good next step for us. It's a very nice apartment. It's right around the corner from my daughter. The staff knows everybody and they're very much involved with the residents. The residents seem very happy.
