I observed an aide that was in charge of feeding three residents that were unable to feed themselves, texting instead of feeding the residents in the dining hall. I saw a resident not given two meals in a row that was my grandmothers roommate. I was very disappointed with the aides in the facility as they would complain to my grandmother and about her. They do not have enough staff in this facility. I will say that the physical therapy team was great.

My mom was getting good care from Golden Living Centers. With regard to the cleanliness of the place, I would say I had seen a lot worse. The staff seemed to be friendly and caring. However, there was some disagreement with my father and the staff and I was out of town at that time, so I'm not really sure what exactly happened. If I had to put her back in a nursing home, I would probably choose Golden Living. I really didn't have any complaints about this facility.
