Sent by hospital for recovery and physical therapy.Looks like a really nice place but staff is very unresponsive, rude, lazy and inefficient. The food is just terrible. They say they have two menus each meal but they don't. They continually run out of food and it is very unhealthy and sparse. Was there for an entire week and saw the doctor one time, after three days, for about 6 seconds in the hall where I was waiting hoping to catch him. He asked me a question, got a phone call, walked away talking on phone even before I could say hello and never came back the rest of week. I would never recommend. the place. Call light is rarely answered, tho they can be heard very loudly talking in the hallways, medications for pain are not administered on any particular schedule, if at all. Just a few comments but I would NEVER recommend the place. Had to leave and go back to hospital.

We had a good visit at Villages of Jackson Creek. We liked the facility. Everybody there was very nice. We saw 1- and 2-bedroom units. You have the ability to have your own apartment with all the appliances and it's a la carte so you can add meals or cleaning. There's still a lot of freedom and you can come and go as you wish. The dining area wasn't much. There's a lot of crafts, bible study, magic acts, happy hour, and shopping trips. There's plenty of that available for the residents.
