When my friend was at Cedarhurst of Blue Springs, things were taken from his room. We did not receive them back, even though they were aware of what was going on. When I went to go get my friend, they did not let me know that they had taken his keys away from him (because they didn't want him driving any longer). I wish they would have told me that earlier because I spent 45 minutes trying to find them in his room. I told them I did not get a call at all and then they all started apologizing and all this and that. They did bingo, outings (they would take them out to go eat and stuff like that, which I encouraged my friend to do), and play other kinds of games like memory games. His meals were good. He's had breakfast every morning with eggs, bacon or sausage, and juice. Lunch could be like a hamburger and then the same thing as dinner. They could vary. He's always had a dessert with it as well. They had an open bar throughout the day where they were able to keep things cold. So, he could go in and get some more stuff if he wanted to.

Cedarhurst of Blue Springs is very nice. The rooms are smaller, but the fresh paint looks really nice. The facility is clean. It smells good. The food looks good. It's organized. It's in a great location, safe, and easy to access the highway. They have free transportation, and they take the folks shopping.

We are satisfied with Cedarhurst of Blue Springs. The place is very clean and well kept. We're happy with it. They're assisting my friend with bathing, meds, and light housekeeping. Everything is going pretty well. My friend has a studio, but they have room options. They have full service meals. They also furnish the utilities, laundry service, and light housekeeping. They've got Bingo, a movie theater, and a library. The staff has been very good. She is happy there.

Cedarhurst of Blue Springs has nice rooms. They have a movie place, a place where you can get books, play Bingo, and put puzzles together. The staff is very nice. My mother is on a special diet, and she said that the food is not that great. The carpet wasn't the cleanest. There are common rooms that you could go and sit on.

My Mother and father moved to Cedarhurst due to my mother suffering a stroke in July. They wanted to be together and so they both moved to assisted living. The care and concern they received I believe was exceptional. Every single staff member has been extremely kind and loving! We could not have asked for better care for my parents during this difficult time. My mother passed on October 26, and my Dad has since moved to an independent living community, but we will miss the caring and loving staff at Cedarhurst. Thank you ALL for all that you did for them

I chose Cedarhurst of Blue Springs. I am in assisted living, and it's been fine so far. They offer three square meals a day and a bed. My room is a studio apartment, and that's all I need. The food is good, and the staff is good. The facility is brand new, and they have a few activities.
