Oak Pointe of Kearney is all one level. It's well maintained and up-to-date, and the people seem very comfortable, happy, and friendly. They have two- and one-bedroom apartments, suites, and a couple of studios. They have raised beds where they can do gardening in the summertime. The staff was very good, and they're well-staffed. It's very easy to get around. My wife has moved into one of the one-bedroom units and we are waiting for a two-bedroom suite to open up. They have regular scheduled activities which look pretty good.

Oak Pointe was very impressive. I liked the whole bright and cheery atmosphere. We liked the rooms because they were very modern. The way the meals were served was excellent. They had a menu, so they were not just being fed a certain meal. Everybody was very friendly. It would be the one I would choose.

Oak Pointe was nice, new, and clean but too far from where we wanted to be. The staff was nice. The rooms weren’t big enough for our needs. The grounds were OK, but it was a newer place and had not completely grown in yet. The dining area was fine, clean, and big enough.

I placed my dad into Oak Pointe of Kearney and found it to be a very nice and new facility. The staff is very attentive, caring, and helpful. My father had a medical issue, and they were right on top of it as far as noticing, taking care of, and addressing issues that needed to be taken care of. The food is very good. My dad compliments the food quite often. They have nice, home-cooked meals. He's only been there for a few months, but it has everything that I was looking for as far as a place to stay.
