About This Community

To us at Victorian Place of Hermann - residential care by Americare in Hermann, Missouri, residential care means two things: you do the living and we help you live. Our personal assistants provide what you need when you need it. Here, the emphasis is less on paperwork and more on people. Our licensed nurse and certified medication aides get to know our residents like family, with all of their unique needs and preferences. It's like home.

Dining is a focal point of our residents' day at Victorian Place of Hermann. It starts with an open breakfast, with eggs just the way you like them. We accommodate our early risers ready for toast and coffee as well as those who can't start the day without a big hot breakfast. Comfort foods, foods familiar and favorite, are part of our menu.

Our admission counseling services are comprehensive. Our administrator helps guide the family through all of the care options available to them as well as through the maze of paperwork involved with accessing our public long term care benefits. Making it easy on the family is our first priority at Victorian Place of Hermann - residential care by Americare.

Each time I have visited Victorian Place, I see smiling faces. That is certainly an indication that life is fairly pleasant and that each resident feels cared for and loved. God bless all of you who are dedicated in your concern for others.

My mother is in the assisted living at Hermann at the Victorian Place. All the people there are very helpful. Everytime I have had to call or visit my mother, the staff is so helpful. Most of my mom's kids are out of state, and we are so thankful that she is there in Victorian Place. Keep up the good work!

Victorian Place of Hermann provides excellent care for my parents. They are excellent in the cleanliness of the facility. The caring staff they have is excellent in the communication with the family.

My mother was a resident at Victorian Place of Hermann from July 2014 to December 2014. During her stay, she recieved top quality care. The staff at Victoria's Place was amazing. They were all very professional, caring, and went out of their way to give the best care possible for their residents. The facility was very nice and was decorated very creatively and pleasantly.

Mom and Dad have adjusted so well to their new life in Victorian Place. I know that a lot of their contentment has to do with the wonderful staff of the place. They take such good care of my parents and are always with a positive attitude. My parents are so happy being there!
