I have a friend in Beautiful Savior Manor. The place is filthy, there is black mold in the air vents, there is no structured activities as promised for the residents. They were told they would be able to bake etc. this is not allowed. Many of the residents have horrible body odor because they have been misplaced and are unable to do for themselves. Upper management does not respond to resident complaints. They will listen with big fake smiles on their face but once door is closed the laugh it off. I would never suggest this place to anyone.

THIS HOME LACKS CLEANLINESS AND ATTENTIVENESS. THE STAFF IS RUDE AFTER ACCEPTING YOUR FAMILY MEMBER. THEY TEND TO USE UP ONE'S MEDICARE BEFORE RELEASING THEM FROM REHAB. ALL COMPLAINTS MUST BE MADE TO OUTSIDE AUTHORITIES AS STAFF IS RUDE AND VERY COMFORTABLE WITH FEELING THEY CAN DO AND SAY ANYTHING BASED ON YEARS AT THE FACILITY. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

We didn't like Beautiful Savior at all. They lack activities for the residents and they need to improve on their housekeeping.

My Grandmother was a resident of Beautiful Savior home. She previousely was in a different home and was not given the proper attention and broke her hip. She was then moved to Beautiful Savior. Beautiful Savior was a cheaper home, but the service was not on the beauty of the home but the care of the patients. It was very noticable how the nurses were very attentive to the patients. My Grandmother knew all of the nurses and they knew her by name . Still to this day I have one of the nurses in my church and she says I remember your grandmother . Beautiful Savior stands by its name and Angels work there .
