Pleasant Valley Manor Care Center keeps my mom's room pretty clean. She does some activities with them, and they keep the people fairly busy. They are just understaffed and they need better varieties and more balanced meals. They're all working on those problems, though. It's just kind of hard right now.

Pleasant Valley looked very clean, but the decor wasn’t to my taste because it was cluttered looking. I also didn’t like the shower facilities. We looked into one room, and it seemed OK. The beauty shop looked like a store room, and it wasn’t appealing at all.
