Country Oak Village was very nice. The residents appeared to be quite happy. It was a home-like environment and the facility was quite nice. The dining area was also home-like. It was like a big family eating together. The rooms were nice, too. Everyone was very kind and very helpful. I would consider it as an option. However, it depends on your amount of cash flow. If you could afford a nicer facility, I would not consider it. However, if your budget is tight, I would certainly consider that.

This place is a hidden gem! Caring staff and very reasonably priced when compared to other similar facilities in the Kansas City area. Spacious rooms and homey atmosphere. We looked at several facilities and glad this one was recommended to us by an elder care specialist. The owner of the facility is a very caring individual who has gone out of his way to assist us with special circumstances. And Ross the general manager is truly remarkable and treats each resident with dignity and respect. Country Oak Village is a remarkable facility for anyone requiring assisted living

My 86 yr. old cousin moved there 3 months ago. She was living alone and very isolated...she is like a different person now. Happy, very well cared for, and the staff is wonderful! All of her needs are met, and all concerns, if there are any, are addressed immediately! I would like to send accolades for Ross, the director of the facility. He is such a great person, and is very warm and compassionate! I would urge anyone that is searching for a facility to put this on your list! You won't be sorry!!

This is a quaint place for your loved one! I find it very loving and homey for the residents and family! The staff is very loving and caring as well!

My grandfather was moved here by a distant relative, and died 11 days later. The director here is unprofessional and rude, and they hardly ever answer the phone when you call to speak with your loved one. I had to call numerous times to talk with someone. They don’t keep track of who works what shift, so you can’t ever tell who you’re talking to. I called to speak with my grandfather, and I supposedly talked with a COOK, who told me my grandfathers vitals were A-OK, and he was doing fine! And the next day he passed away.
Keep your loved ones OUT of this unprofessional place, they’re rude and they do not care.

My friend has already moved into Country Oak Village and it's a beautiful and wonderful place. I have never seen my friend this happy in years. The staff is wonderful. My friend's appetite has picked back up. She is just excited about it, likes to mingle with the people, make friends, and she loves the staff. She's also very happy that she gets to keep her kitty cat. I wouldnt mind living there.

I visited the facility and was very impressed. The facility was clean and well maintained, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, and they had an activity schedule that would fit any resident's needs
