i was visiting my friend yesterday evening and as i was walking in the entire staff was walking outside to try and find a resident. i was talking to the friend i visited and she was telling me the state was there that afternoon and she had to call the state again that night over other things. maybe it is as bad as she says and based on what i seen with the way the place smells and the bickering amongst the residents and staff from what I've witnessed and can confirm to be true.

They are poorly run. We had problems since the first day we put my father in there. They were told and acknowledged he was a medicare patient and never did the paper work and now claim they never knew he was. They have repeatedly tried to collect money for her even tho they were told medicare will pay them.
They had to be told many times my father had advanced dementia and needed around the clock care. He had fallen several times. The last time was a severe head injury and they didn't even contact the family or take him to the hospital. He fell into a coma and died 3 days later.
I most strongly urge you to look take your loved ones anywhere but here.

Green Park Senior Living Community got all levels of care. It was clean, its surroundings were adequate. She had a private room to herself when she was there, own bathroom and handicapped shower. Rehab was good. She went home within two weeks. So she progressed really well.
