It seems that the apartments at The Homestead at Anoka were a nice size and geared well for seniors. They have patios on all units, they have parking inside, they have carts down there so you can put your groceries in it and then take them up the elevator to your room, which I think was very insightful.
They were playing bingo in the dining room when I was there, but they gave me a sheet on what activities they had, like card games and others. The staff I met were fine and friendly too. The only negative I have about the place is that it's huge and sometimes walking is difficult for me.

We toured The Homestead at Anoka, and I liked it. They were very good, it was just very nice and very clean, and the people were very nice. They had bingo, arts, and several other things. They also have a happy hour, I believe. They have hair washing, manicures, and everything, like everywhere else.

I went to The Homestead at Anoka. I asked about their activities, and any questions I had were answered. There's a garage that you pay extra for, and I was impressed with the appearance of the place. It was neat and accommodating. It has various levels of care, and it has independent living and assisted living close at hand.

Homestead at Anoka was very nice, and the people seemed very nice. They had a lot to offer. It's in a great location, but a little on the high end for rental. They've got a bus for shopping and medical appointments, church services in the facility, gatherings for people that live there, and meals (but for an extra charge). They offer an awful lot. The facility looked pretty new.
