The people we met at Traditions of Owatonna I were very nice. The layout of the place was nice. The upkeep and maintenance were good. The rooms were very nice and accessible. The lighting was just dimmer, so it's a little darker. Other than that, everything was arranged nicely. From the rooms to the diner, to their chapel area and laundry room.

My parents are at Traditions of Owatonna 1. Everything's been very good so far. The director coordinator of Traditions was very pleasant to deal with and very thorough explaining things. So far, they've been very pleased with the food. There's not an issue there at all. They offer quite a bit of things and different activities each month. They are there if you want them. They were very fortunate to get a two-bedroom apartment, so it is quite large, and they're very pleased with that. Everything's nice with wide hallways and very large bathrooms. They're very pleased with the room they're in. The value for the money is pretty good.

We were very, very impressed with the Traditions of Owatonna 1. It was spacious, open, bright, sunny, and very welcoming. What I liked about the place was we would not have to move my mom anywhere else because they work with in-home services and hospice. So, once someone moved in there, they could stay till the end of life, which is huge to me that you don't have to keep moving them. Their one-bedroom deluxe was lovely. It was very spacious for that type of setting. The employees were all very pleasant and interactive. We saw the dining area too. It was very spacious with tables for two and Hanna was very receptive to listening about mom's special diet and I came across with confidence that they would manage whatever she needed.

We visited Traditions of Owatonna and their facilities for mom, and they were awesome. They had bigger and newer rooms. They had a lot of open rooms for us to choose from. The staff seemed friendly, although we did not see a lot of them at the time that we went. Maybe it was because it was three o'clock in the afternoon, and that seems to be nap time. Again, the staff was great, and they answered our questions. They remodeled, so it is newer. It is a little closer to the edge of town and busier roads. The layout is like a U shape. There are two different buildings that are connected by a U-shaped hall. You can go to both buildings without having to go outside, and I liked that about it.
