My mom has been in Serenity Assisted Living and Memory Care for three-and-a-half years now, and our experience has been good. The people working there are very friendly. They have a variety of rooms, like one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and then just one room. I looked at a few other communities; Serenity Assisted Living and Memory Care was one of the nicer ones, and we actually knew the owners, so that helps. The food is OK, too. Before the COVID shutdown, they had groups come in once a week to sing or play instruments. They also had bingo, movies, and crafts.
