My husband was at The Care Center and Transitional Care at Cerenity White Bear Lake. He was in transitional care for a while after he got out of the hospital. It was very good. The staff was great. They were very caring and they were always prompt when he needed help. They were all very friendly. It was nice, open, warm, and clean. His room was a nice size. He had a recliner, a television, a bed, and a bathroom. They had the therapy rooms because it was for transitional care. They had a lot of exercise equipment. They had a dining area where he could go out and visit with people, and they had puzzles and games, and things. The staff was very helpful, answered all our questions, and welcoming. I was allowed to bring our dog in. It made his stay there more friendly. The food was institutional, but they did the best they could with what they had. Everything was always very well kept up.

My mom is very happy at The Care Center at Cerenity White Bear Lake. It's been good. Her room is quite nice and it's a fairly good size. She has her own bathroom, so it's good, and the staff is wonderful. The upkeep has been good too. They have some gardens and they're across a street from a park. Medicare is paying for that so we're not paying anything since she's in transitional care.
