I didn't care for River Grand. The staff didn't seem as friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful. It's very, very elegant, with high ceilings. It's very modern, and just brand-new looking, but it wasn't as warm and friendly to me as the other places. It could be that they were just busy the day that I was there, because I had to wait quite a while for someone to talk to me and show me around. They just showed me one small little area, and they really didn't show me all the different parts of it. So I didn't feel good about that visit when I left. The staff member that showed me around was nice, but a little aloof. It just didn't seem like the right fit for us.
