I was at The Birches at Trillium Woods for rehab. When I walked in there, I felt very welcome. Coming from one that wasn't very nice, I felt a breath of fresh air when I got in there. The people greeted me and that made me feel good. It was a great experience all around. Everything was clean and it was very pleasant. My room was wonderful. It had great storage for my clothing and all my stuff. Everything there just made me feel really welcome, and I felt good about being there in every way. The people were absolutely wonderful, and all the staff was great. The food was excellent. I recovered a lot faster because their food was so good and it nourished me and helped me to heal a lot. They were very caring and were prompt at coming when I needed them. They were always greeting me, and I just felt really comfortable with them. I'm really pleased with the whole staff, the nurses, and the nursing assistants. All of them were just really good and patient and kind.
